COURSE CURRICULUM

The RNCP Titre Level 7 (PPA) + Master in Finance and Investment (BSBI) program is structured over two years to provide students with advanced financial knowledge, analytical expertise, and practical industry experience. In Year 1, Term 1, students build a strong foundation by studying Business and Financial Analysis, which develops skills in evaluating business performance and financial statements; Corporate Finance, which focuses on financial planning, investment decisions, and capital management; and Quantitative Finance and Financial Markets, which introduces financial modelling, market analysis, and investment strategies. In Term 2, students deepen their expertise through Derivatives and Alternative Investments, learning about risk management and diverse investment instruments, alongside Fintech and Innovation, which explores the impact of digital technologies and innovation on modern financial services. In Term 3, students study Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity, gaining insights into corporate restructuring, investment deals, and growth strategies, while Research Methods develops the analytical and academic skills needed for financial research. In Year 2, students complete a Dissertation, applying their knowledge to an independent research project on a relevant finance or investment topic. They also undertake an internship of up to six months, gaining valuable hands-on experience in professional finance environments. Overall, the program prepares graduates for successful careers in banking, investment, fintech, and corporate finance worldwide.
