COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA in International Business Administration includes a structured set of modules designed to develop advanced business, managerial, and research skills. The Start-up and Innovation Management module focuses on modern business models and innovation, digital transformation, intellectual property law, project and process management, and practical experience through start-up and business internships. Students may also choose electives such as social responsibility and ethics, international project management, and Estonian language courses, which broaden cultural understanding and professional flexibility. The Management and Business Processes module builds leadership and organizational expertise through subjects like personal development, strategic human resource management, international organization development, e-commerce marketing, quality and service management, and strategic leadership. It also emphasizes self-management skills and enterprising leadership abilities. The Research module prepares students for academic and analytical work, covering research methods, quantitative data analysis, organizational analytics, and research presentation, culminating in a master’s thesis and seminar. The Economical and Financial module strengthens understanding of financial systems and economic environments, including financial management, managerial economics, global financial markets, enterprise finance, and the effects of legal regulations on the economy.
