COURSE CURRICULUM

The program in Creativity and Business Innovation is structured to develop students’ knowledge and skills across organisational, analytical, entrepreneurial, and management domains, while also providing practical experience through internships and a final paper. The organisational environment module introduces key concepts such as intervention theory, philosophy of science, business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable business practices, helping students understand the broader context of responsible business. The business analysis module focuses on core economic and managerial foundations, including enterprise financial management, legal basics, organisational behaviour, economics, business analysis, and strategic business models. In the entrepreneurship and creativity module, students explore creativity as a field of study and develop entrepreneurial thinking through courses on innovation, organisational creativity, and individual creative development. The management module strengthens communication, leadership, self-development, public speaking, sales, and organisational management skills, preparing students for leadership roles. Elective courses provide additional academic support in research methods, academic writing, and basic Estonian language skills. A significant part of the program is dedicated to practical training through two internships, allowing students to gain real-world business experience. The final paper integrates theoretical knowledge with practical learning. Overall, the program equips students with a balanced combination of creativity, business knowledge, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience for diverse business careers.
