COURSE CURRICULUM

The BA in Creativity and Business Innovation at EUAS combines business education with entrepreneurship, innovation, and practical skill development to prepare students for dynamic roles in modern organisations. The program is structured into several modules that cover key areas of business management, research, creativity, and practical experience. In the Business Management module, students study core subjects such as economics, enterprise financial management, human resource management, project management, teamwork, and organisational leadership, helping them understand how businesses operate and make decisions. The Start-up module focuses on product development, scaling businesses, and fundraising, equipping students with the skills needed to launch and grow ventures. The Research Methodology module develops academic skills through training in research methods, academic writing, data analysis, and a final paper seminar. The Creativity and Business Innovation module strengthens entrepreneurial thinking through courses in innovation strategy, business models, creativity development, business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and market analysis. Basic studies support communication, public speaking, self-management, and Estonian language skills, alongside career development and personal finance. Students also complete internships and a final paper, gaining real-world experience in business environments. Overall, the program prepares graduates for careers in entrepreneurship, management, consulting, and innovation-driven industries by combining theory with hands-on learning and practical application.
