COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Specialisation Modules is structured across three semesters, each comprising 30 ECTS, to provide a comprehensive progression from foundational knowledge to specialised expertise and research. In the first semester, students focus on Innovation Management, a 10-ECTS module with 6 hours per week, designed to develop skills in conceptualising, implementing, and managing innovative solutions within organisations. The second semester maintains the same overall workload of 30 ECTS and 18 weekly hours while shifting the focus to Specialisation 1, a 10-ECTS module with 6 hours per week that allows students to pursue a chosen area of interest aligned with their professional goals. In the third semester, students continue with 30 ECTS, though weekly hours reduce to 6, reflecting a transition toward independent study, research, and the application of specialised knowledge. Within the program, Strategic Vision, valued at 10 ECTS with 6 weekly hours, equips students with long-term planning capabilities and the ability to anticipate and adapt to evolving business environments. Customer Environment, a 5-ECTS module with 3 weekly hours, enhances understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and external factors affecting organisational decisions. Specialisation 2, focusing on Quantitative Methodologies, further strengthens analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, preparing students to address complex business challenges with evidence-based solutions. The abbreviation HWS denotes hours per week, with each hour equal to 45 minutes of instruction.
