COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Specialisation Modules is structured to provide a progressive and comprehensive learning experience across three semesters, each comprising 30 ECTS. The first semester includes Innovation Management, a 10-ECTS module with 6 hours per week, designed to develop students’ abilities to conceptualise, implement, and manage innovative processes within organisations. With a total of 18 weekly hours, this semester establishes a strong foundation in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and managerial decision-making. The second semester follows the same total workload of 30 ECTS and 18 weekly hours but shifts focus to Specialisation 1, a 10-ECTS module with 6 weekly hours, enabling students to pursue a chosen area of expertise aligned with their career objectives. The third semester also maintains 30 ECTS but reduces weekly hours to 6, reflecting a transition toward independent study, research, and application of specialised knowledge. Among the specialisation modules, Strategic Vision, valued at 10 ECTS with 6 hours per week, equips students with long-term planning skills and the ability to align organisational strategies with evolving business environments. Customer Environment, a 5-ECTS module with 3 weekly hours, develops understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and external factors influencing business decisions. Specialisation 2, focusing on Quantitative Methodologies, strengthens analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities, allowing students to evaluate complex business situations and apply evidence-based solutions. The program also incorporates Leadership Management and other core modules to enhance managerial competencies and operational understanding. The abbreviation HWS denotes hours per week, with each hour equivalent to 45 minutes of instruction.
