COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Specialisation Modules is a 90-ECTS program designed to combine foundational business knowledge with specialised learning and practical research experience. Key specialisation modules include Quantitative Methodologies, which develops students’ ability to analyse complex data and make evidence-based decisions, as well as Strategic Vision (10 ECTS, 6 hours) and Customer Environment (5 ECTS, 3 hours), which enhance strategic planning and market understanding. Leadership (5 ECTS, 3 hours) and Operations (5 ECTS) modules equip students with managerial competence and operational efficiency skills. The program culminates in a 15-ECTS Final Thesis, requiring independent research on a specialised topic, with no weekly hours assigned.
