COURSE CURRICULUM

The program is structured across three semesters, each comprising 30 ECTS, and is organised to provide a balanced progression from foundational learning to specialised expertise and independent research. The first semester introduces Innovation Management, a 10-ECTS module with 6 weekly hours, designed to develop students’ ability to understand, manage and implement innovative processes within organisations. With a total workload of 30 ECTS and 18 hours per week, this semester builds a strong foundation in creative problem-solving and organisational development. The second semester follows the same overall workload structure, offering 30 ECTS and 18 weekly hours, but shifts toward personalisation through Specialisation 1, a 10-ECTS module with 6 hours per week. This allows students to dive deeper into a chosen area within their study program, aligning their academic journey with professional goals. Entering the third semester, students continue with a 30-ECTS workload but experience a shift to 6 weekly hours, reflecting a greater emphasis on independent study and advanced project work. Within the specialisation framework, Strategic Vision is a key module worth 10 ECTS and 6 weekly hours, helping students build long-term strategic planning skills and the ability to anticipate future organisational needs. Complementing this is Customer Environment, a 5-ECTS module with 3 weekly hours that focuses on consumer behaviour, market influences and external environmental factors affecting business decisions. As part of their continued specialisation, students take Specialisation 2: Quantitative Methodologies, a 10-ECTS module with 6 hours per week that strengthens analytical skills, data literacy and evidence-based decision-making. The abbreviation HWS stands for hours per week, with each hour equalling 45 minutes. This structured blend of innovation, specialisation, strategy and analytics prepares students for advanced professional roles by equipping them with strong conceptual understanding, practical skills and the capacity to undertake complex research.
