COURSE CURRICULUM

The first semester introduces students to Innovation Management, a 10-ECTS module with 6 hours per week that enhances their ability to develop and implement creative business solutions. In the second semester, students begin Specialisation 1, also worth 10 ECTS with 6 weekly hours, allowing them to deepen their knowledge in a chosen field within their study program. This semester mirrors the first with a total of 30 ECTS and 18 weekly hours, providing consistent academic progression. The third semester maintains the 30-ECTS structure but includes fewer weekly hours, as students engage in more independent and research-based work. Specialisation 2, featuring Quantitative Methodologies, equips students with essential analytical tools for data-driven decision-making, strengthening their ability to evaluate complex business scenarios and develop informed strategies. Additional modules from the specialisation curriculum include Strategic Vision (10 ECTS, 6 hours), which focuses on long-term organisational planning, and Customer Environment (5 ECTS, 3 hours), which helps students understand market behaviour and consumer dynamics. Leadership Management (10 ECTS, 6 hours) further develops students’ capability to lead teams, manage organisational change, and cultivate effective management practices. The program also integrates Operations, ensuring learners understand business processes and efficiency management. The academic journey culminates in the Master Thesis, a 20-ECTS research project where students apply their knowledge to a specialised topic. The abbreviation HWS represents hours per week, with each hour equalling 45 minutes.
