COURSE CURRICULUM

In the first semester, students begin with Innovation Management, a core module worth 10 ECTS and 6 hours per week, designed to build skills in generating, evaluating, and implementing innovative business solutions. This semester includes 30 ECTS and 18 total weekly hours, establishing a solid base for advanced learning. The second semester introduces Specialisation 1, also 10 ECTS with 6 weekly hours, allowing students to explore a focused area connected to their chosen study track. The semester maintains the same structure as the first, with 30 ECTS and 18 hours of guided instruction. The third semester retains the 30-ECTS workload but includes reduced weekly hours, reflecting a shift toward research-oriented and independent learning. Specialisation 2, featuring Quantitative Methodologies, equips students with analytical tools for data-driven decision-making, while additional modules such as Strategic Vision (10 ECTS, 6 hours) and Customer Environment (5 ECTS, 3 hours) enhance their ability to understand market dynamics and develop long-term organisational strategies. The program also includes Leadership Management (10 ECTS, 6 hours), which focuses on cultivating managerial competence, team guidance, and effective organisational leadership. A dedicated Operations module further strengthens students’ understanding of business processes and efficiency management.
