COURSE CURRICULUM

The structure of the academic program is organised across three semesters, each designed to build progressively stronger competencies in management and specialisation areas. In the first semester, students undertake Innovation Management, a key module valued at 10 ECTS with 6 hours of weekly study, forming the foundation for understanding how new ideas, technologies, and organisational processes influence business growth. The total workload for this semester is 30 ECTS and 18 hours per week, providing a balanced introduction to theoretical and practical learning. Moving into the second semester, students begin Specialisation 1, also carrying 10 ECTS and 6 weekly hours, allowing them to focus on an emerging interest or discipline within their study program. This semester mirrors the first in its overall structure, offering 30 ECTS and 18 weekly study hours. The third semester continues the 30-ECTS structure but shifts to a reduced weekly workload of 6 hours, indicating an increased emphasis on independent work, specialised research, and project-based learning. Alongside these main modules, the program includes additional subjects such as Strategic Vision, a 10-ECTS module with 6 weekly hours that strengthens students’ ability to plan, forecast, and align organisational strategies with long-term goals. Another important module is Customer Environment, worth 5 ECTS with 3 weekly hours, which focuses on understanding consumer behaviour, market expectations, and external factors influencing customer decision-making. Specialisation 2, though only partially detailed, represents the continuation of the student’s chosen focus area, further enhancing expertise in a targeted field. The abbreviation HWS refers to hours per week, with each hour representing 45 minutes of instruction.
