COURSE CURRICULUM

The program is structured through an applied block teaching model that allows in-depth immersion into each subject area, beginning with Block 1: Leadership and Business Sustainability, which focuses on contemporary leadership challenges and methods for managing and developing talent in competitive global environments. Students explore how organisations integrate sustainable practices into their operations and examine key debates such as corporate responsibility, ethical governance, sustainability reporting and the implications of global development goals. Through case studies and industry examples, learners gain practical awareness of leadership behaviours that support inclusive, equitable and environmentally responsible business growth. Block 2: Advanced Strategic Management develops strategic reasoning and decision-making skills by exposing students to a blend of theoretical frameworks and live organisational contexts. Emphasis is placed on strategy formulation, implementation, the role of projects as instruments of organisational change and the application of project management tools across planning and evaluation phases. Block 3: Cross-Cultural Management and Marketing introduces complexities of working across diverse markets, guiding students through intercultural negotiation, communication dynamics and market-entry challenges in multinational settings. Learners examine consumer behaviour, global marketing strategy and the influence of digital platforms on international brand positioning. Block 4: Business Finance and Enterprise Development strengthens financial literacy, covering risk evaluation, investment decisions, market structures and small business financing. It also cultivates entrepreneurial thinking by encouraging students to create solutions to real business challenges and understand the stages of enterprise formation. Blocks 5 and 6 allow a choice between a Research and Entrepreneurship Project or a Consulting Project, each requiring students to integrate theoretical learning into either a viable business venture or a real consultancy assignment. Both pathways develop analytical rigor, research capability and professional independence, ensuring graduates gain applied competencies valued across business, public and non-profit sectors.
