COURSE CURRICULUM

Hospitality-specific modules cover Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism, Food and Beverage Operations, Rooms Division Management, Event Planning, and Hospitality Law. Advanced topics include Revenue Management, Human Resources in Hospitality, and International Tourism Development. Students also undertake practical training through internships in hotels and resorts. The program requires 240 ECTS credits, with electives allowing specialization in areas like casino management or spa operations. Capstone projects involve developing business plans for hospitality ventures.
