COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Real Estate is a three-semester postgraduate programme designed to provide advanced knowledge and professional expertise in all major aspects of the real estate industry. Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the programme combines theoretical, analytical, and practical approaches to prepare students for leadership roles in the property sector. The third semester concentrates on real estate investment at both domestic and international levels and includes a dissertation seminar and a major research dissertation, enabling students to undertake independent research and apply their knowledge to real-world real estate issues.
