COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA programme is a structured postgraduate degree designed to develop advanced knowledge and practical skills in key areas of business management, including finance, marketing, leadership, operations, and organisational strategy. In the first semester, students build a strong foundation through core modules in accounting and financial statement analysis, marketing management and business communication, leadership and organisational behaviour, and research methods with data analysis, which together develop both analytical and managerial capabilities. The second semester expands into more strategic and applied areas of business, including corporate finance and financial management, entrepreneurship and innovation, and human resources management, while also offering elective options such as operations and total quality management and contemporary issues in global politics, allowing students to broaden their understanding of organisational systems and global business environments. The programme culminates in the third semester with a dissertation, where students undertake independent research on a relevant business topic, demonstrating their ability to apply theoretical knowledge, analytical tools, and critical thinking to real-world business challenges.
