COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Valuation and Development at Neapolis University Pafos is the first and only undergraduate degree in real estate offered in Cyprus and Greece. This four-year programme combines academic knowledge with practical experience to prepare students for successful careers in the global real estate industry. The curriculum provides a strong foundation in economics, finance, construction, law, and property management while developing analytical, technical, and professional skills. During the first year, students study principles of microeconomics, finance, mathematics, real estate, construction technology, accounting, statistics, and the digital economy. Students also complete a dissertation and have the opportunity to undertake practical training to gain industry experience. The programme places strong emphasis on international valuation standards, particularly those of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and provides a comprehensive understanding of property markets, investment analysis, legal frameworks, and development management.
