COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA in Public Administration specialization is structured into three stages across three semesters, offering a comprehensive and in-depth exploration of public sector management and policy. In Semester A, students begin with core subjects that build foundational business and leadership skills. These include Accounting and Financial Management, Strategic Management, Innovation and Enterprise, and Leading, Managing and Developing People. Additionally, students take a specialization course in Public Management, which introduces them to the structure, function, and challenges of managing public organizations.In Semester B, the focus shifts more specifically to public administration and development issues. Students study Applied Research Methods to prepare for independent research and analysis. They also engage with key areas of specialization through courses such as International Development Management, Non-Governmental Organizations and Development, Public Policy Analysis, and Social Developmental Policy. These courses equip students with the tools to assess public programs, design effective policies, and contribute to social and economic development through various public and non-profit roles.In Semester C, students complete a Final Year Project (Thesis), which carries 30 ECTS. This capstone project allows them to apply their knowledge and research skills to a real-world issue or area of interest within public administration. Overall, the program provides students with a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills tailored to leadership and policy roles in the public sector, preparing them for impactful careers in government, international organizations, or NGOs.
