COURSE CURRICULUM

The Human Resource Management specialization within this MBA program offers a structured academic pathway designed to develop advanced skills and strategic insight into managing people effectively in contemporary organizations. In Semester A (Stage 1), students build a solid foundation through core modules such as Accounting and Financial Management, Leading, Managing and Developing People, Strategic Management, and Innovation and Enterprise. Additionally, students begin their specialization with Management of Human Resources, which introduces key concepts in human resource planning, recruitment, performance management, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.In Semester B (Stage 2), the curriculum focuses more specifically on human resource challenges and applied learning. Students undertake Applied Research Methods to develop research skills necessary for evidence-based decision-making in professional practice. The specialization deepens with courses such as Contemporary Employment Relations, which explores labor relations and negotiation strategies; Employment Law, which covers legal standards and practices affecting the workplace; Human Resource Development, focused on training, learning, and career progression; and Responsible Leadership, which highlights ethical leadership, corporate responsibility, and sustainable management of people.Semester C (Stage 3) is dedicated to the Final Year Project, a thesis worth 30 ECTS credits.
