COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA in Hospitality Management is structured over three semesters, providing students with an in-depth and well-rounded education focused on both general business practices and the specific demands of the hospitality sector. In Semester A (Stage 1), students build a solid foundation with core courses in Accounting and Financial Management, Leading and Developing People, Strategic Management, and Innovation and Enterprise. Alongside these, they begin their specialization with a course in International Hospitality Management, which introduces global hospitality trends, practices, and operational structures.Semester B (Stage 2) expands on both research capabilities and specialized industry knowledge. Students undertake Applied Research Methods to prepare for their final project and gain critical research skills. They also explore key issues in the hospitality field through specialization modules such as Current Issues in Hotel Development and Management, Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility, Hospitality Operating Systems, and Revenue Management in the Hotel Industry. These courses are designed to address both strategic challenges and day-to-day operational decisions within hospitality enterprises.In Semester C (Stage 3), students complete a Final Year Project (Thesis), accounting for 30 ECTS. This project allows students to apply the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired throughout the program to a real-world issue or research question in hospitality management. The program as a whole equips graduates with leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills tailored to the dynamic and global hospitality industry, positioning them for successful careers in management roles within hotels, resorts, event planning, and tourism organizations.
