COURSE CURRICULUM

The two pathways of the proposed postgraduate program—Education Management and Public Management and Governance—share a common set of intended learning outcomes that reflect the program’s academic rigor and professional relevance. Upon successful completion, students will have developed the ability to plan, conduct, and present high-quality research, demonstrating the skills necessary for postgraduate-level inquiry and the critical evaluation of scholarly work within their specialization. They will acquire a strong foundation in the theoretical principles of management, enabling them to understand and explain core concepts that govern the field. In addition, they will gain advanced, specialized knowledge in their chosen area of study, equipping them to analyze complex management theories and apply them to real-world organizational challenges. The program also emphasizes the development of key managerial competencies and professional skills that will support graduates in pursuing careers in public administration, education leadership, non-governmental organizations, and related sectors—or in continuing their academic journey at the doctoral level. Students will strengthen both written and oral communication skills, which are essential for the effective dissemination and exchange of scientific and professional knowledge.
