The proposed postgraduate program aims to develop highly skilled managers and officers who will enhance efficiency and productivity in their chosen professional sectors. Each pathway leads to a dedicated academic award and provides students with targeted expertise for careers in their respective fields. The Public Management and Governance pathway prepares students for leadership roles in public institutions across Europe and beyond, as well as in the private sector, emphasizing critical thinking, adaptation to change, and innovation in management. The Education Management pathway focuses on equipping leaders in educational institutions with the skills necessary to manage organizational change, integrate innovation, and apply mainstream management theories to educational settings.Both pathways share common intended learning outcomes. Graduates will be able to plan, conduct, and present robust research; acquire and analyze core and specialized management knowledge; and develop key skills for careers or further academic study. They will hone effective written and oral communication, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities in organizational contexts. Moreover, they will demonstrate leadership and management competence, particularly in managing people, organizational behavior, and motivation within public, non-governmental, or educational organizations. Ultimately, the program prepares graduates to implement strategies that enhance organizational success and drive positive change.
