COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA curriculum at KES College is structured across three semesters and provides a balanced combination of core business knowledge, leadership development, innovation, and applied research. In the first semester, students build a strong foundation in business decision-making through courses in Business Economics and Financial Accounting, Strategy Implementation and Operations Management, and Leadership, Ethics, and Organisational Behaviour Management. The second semester focuses on developing entrepreneurial and commercial skills through Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Sales Management in a Global Context, while allowing students to specialize by selecting one elective course in either Digital Marketing and E-Business, Globalisation Trends and Crisis Management, or Sustainability and Green Economy Management. In the final semester, students strengthen their analytical and research capabilities through Research Methodology and complete an Applied Business Project, enabling them to apply theoretical concepts and practical business skills to real-world organizational challenges. Overall, the curriculum is designed to develop strategic thinking, leadership, innovation, problem-solving, and decision-making competencies that prepare graduates for managerial, executive, and entrepreneurial careers in a global business environment.
