COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) curriculum is a 90 ECTS postgraduate programme designed to develop strategic leadership, managerial expertise, and advanced business knowledge for aspiring and experienced professionals. The programme is structured over three semesters and combines core business disciplines with opportunities for specialization and independent research. During the first semester, students build a strong foundation in research methods, organizational behaviour and leadership, strategic management, and entrepreneurship and innovation, gaining essential analytical and leadership skills needed to manage modern organizations. The second semester focuses on key functional areas of business, including marketing management, managerial economics, and business ethics and corporate social responsibility, while also allowing students to select an elective course that aligns with their professional interests and career objectives. In the final semester, students further tailor their studies through an additional elective course and complete a substantial MBA thesis worth 27 ECTS credits. The thesis provides an opportunity to conduct independent research, apply theoretical concepts to practical business challenges, and develop solutions to complex managerial issues. Throughout the programme, students are encouraged to engage in critical thinking, strategic decision-making, innovation, and problem-solving while strengthening their communication, leadership, and analytical capabilities. The curriculum emphasizes the practical application of business theories rather than purely academic study, ensuring that graduates are prepared to address real-world organizational challenges and make effective managerial decisions.
