COURSE CURRICULUM

The four semester program provides a strong foundation in business, management, and related disciplines. In the first semester, students are introduced to management theories and their application in modern organizations, while developing quantitative skills through mathematics, including algebra and introductory trigonometry. They gain fundamental accounting knowledge, learning to prepare financial statements and understand regulatory frameworks, alongside studying microeconomics to explore economic theory and decision making. Computer fundamentals further develop digital literacy and understanding of information technology. In the second semester, students examine the business environment and stakeholder influence, organizational behaviour, advanced accounting concepts, statistics, and macroeconomics, including development and international trade issues. The third semester focuses on operations management, e business, marketing principles, financial reporting, and human resource management, emphasizing efficiency, competitiveness, and effective people management. In the fourth semester, students explore European law and its impact on businesses, employee relations, financial systems and auditing, business strategy, and advertising and promotion within integrated marketing communications. Overall, the program combines theoretical understanding with practical skills, preparing students to analyze business challenges, evaluate strategic options, and operate effectively in local and international business environments.
