COURSE CURRICULUM

The eight semester program provides a comprehensive and progressive education in business and management. In the first year, students build strong foundations in management theory, mathematics, accounting, micro and macroeconomics, computer fundamentals, business environment, organizational behaviour, and statistics. The second year expands knowledge into operations management, e business, marketing, financial reporting, human resource management, European law, financial systems, auditing, business strategy, and advertising. In the third year, emphasis is placed on professional skills and strategic awareness through business communication, corporate social responsibility, consumer behaviour, global marketing strategies, leadership, international business, marketing research, quality management, corporate finance, organizational change, and negotiation. The fourth year focuses on advanced and specialized areas including project management, strategic marketing, research methods, entrepreneurship, economic development, and social media marketing. In the final semester, students explore international financial management and sustainable marketing before completing a final year project that requires independent research and practical application of accumulated knowledge. Throughout the program, students develop analytical, strategic, financial, marketing, and leadership competencies while enhancing communication, research, and problem solving skills. The curriculum integrates theoretical understanding with real world applications, preparing graduates to address complex business challenges and succeed in dynamic global environments.
