Course Curriculum

The Music Business curriculum includes core courses in music theory, history, and performance, alongside business classes in accounting, marketing, management, and economics. Specialized courses cover topics like copyright law, music publishing, artist management, recording industry, and concert promotion. Students choose between BA (with foreign language requirement) or BS (with science/math focus). Electives allow specialization in areas like production or songwriting. The program requires 128 credit hours, including general education, major requirements, and a senior capstone project or internship.
