Course Curriculum

The MSc in Artificial Intelligence in Management equips students with the expertise to apply AI technologies effectively in business contexts while understanding their broader ethical, social, and strategic implications. Core modules cover AI ethics and sustainability, exploring algorithmic bias, inequality, and diversity management, as well as AI applications in business, focusing on planning, designing, and implementing AI-driven solutions. Students gain practical experience through a capstone project, conducting independent research or addressing real-world problems provided by organisations, and develop entrepreneurial skills by learning to identify market opportunities, create innovative solutions, and design AI-enabled business models. Leadership and organisational understanding are developed through modules on managing people and organisations, while strategic thinking and decision-making are examined in relation to AI integration within business processes. Optional modules allow students to deepen their knowledge in areas such as digital business, human-computer interaction, information systems, corporate finance, innovation and technology transfer, marketing in the digital age, managing global challenges, and current trends in strategy and innovation management. By combining theoretical insights with hands-on application, the programme prepares graduates to lead AI-driven initiatives, make data-informed strategic decisions, manage organisational change, and create innovative solutions, equipping them for careers at the intersection of AI, business, and management.
