The curriculum includes compulsory modules such as Combustors, Engine Systems, Turbomachinery and Blade Cooling, Mechanical Design of Turbomachinery, Propulsion Systems Performance and Integration, Management for Technology, Computational Fluid Dynamics for Gas Turbines, Gas Turbine Fundamentals, Gas Turbine Simulation and Diagnostics, Jet Engine Control, and Research Methods. Students select from four options: Aerospace Propulsion, Gas Turbine Technology, Power, Propulsion and the Environment, or Rotating Machinery, Engineering and Management. Each option has specific modules like Aircraft Propulsion Integration, Gas Turbine Theory and Performance. The program features a group design project simulating industry practices and an individual research project allowing specialization in areas like CFD or experimental aerodynamics.
