COURSE CURRICULUM

In the first semester of the program, students will begin developing core business competencies, focusing on practical skills in people management and accounting principles. These foundational areas are essential for understanding how businesses operate and how to manage teams effectively. Alongside these core subjects, students will also begin studying topics within their chosen specialisation or electives, allowing them to tailor their learning experience according to their interests and career goals. This initial phase sets the groundwork for deeper business understanding and introduces students to a range of professional contexts.During the second semester, students will explore more advanced areas of business, including Principles of Economics, International Human Resource Management, Leading Innovation and Change, and Analysis and Application. These subjects are designed to enhance students' strategic thinking and equip them with the tools to navigate dynamic business environments. At the same time, students will continue to expand their knowledge through additional electives or further specialisation subjects, building a well-rounded skillset that can be applied across various industries and sectors.In the third and final semester, students will complete the remainder of their core management subjects and electives. Key subjects during this phase include Managing Strategic Change, International Human Resource Management, and a continuation of Analysis and Application. These units focus on cultivating critical leadership capabilities and strategic decision-making skills required in global business settings. Students also have the option to enrich their academic experience through an internship, a study tour, or an individual study project, providing valuable real-world insights and professional exposure. This three-semester structure, based on a full-time study load starting in January, ensures that graduates are equipped with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, preparing them for leadership roles in diverse business contexts.
