COURSE CURRICULUM

MBA is an intensive program that can be completed in either three or four academic terms, with the accelerated 12-month, three-term option being a popular choice for professionals seeking to fast-track their careers. The program begins with a strong foundational core designed to reflect real-world business integration and develop essential competencies across key disciplines. In Term 1, students take Business Analytics, Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Operations Management, and Strategic Management. Term 2 includes courses in Marketing and Organizational Behaviour, along with two electives and the start of the Capstone Applied Business Research project, which runs concurrently with a not-for-profit practicum to provide experiential learning. In Term 3, students take four additional electives while completing the final stages of their capstone project and practicum. The program’s core curriculum builds a comprehensive base in business fundamentals, including strategy, marketing, finance, operations, analytics, and leadership. Students can personalize their experience by selecting up to six electives and declaring up to two concentrations from the program’s five options: Data Driven Business Intelligence, Demand-Supply Dynamics and Customer Insights, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Financial Management for Professionals, and Strategic Leadership and Foresight. This structure ensures graduates leave with both a broad understanding of business and the specialized knowledge needed to succeed in their chosen fields.
