Lazaridis Bachelor of Business Technology Management (BBTM) program, students build a strong foundation in both business and technology through core courses that cover essential concepts and practical skills. Core courses such as Intro to Financial Accounting, Intro to Microeconomics, and Intro to Macroeconomics provide a thorough understanding of economic principles, financial literacy, and decision-making in business contexts. Courses like Business in a Networked Society and Introduction to Strategic Management and Decision-Making emphasize the strategic role of technology in organizations, preparing students to analyze, plan, and implement effective business solutions. Introductory Calculus for Business and Information Technology equip students with quantitative and technical skills to solve complex business problems. First-year electives, including UX Strategy, Design Thinking I, and Leadership Foundations, allow students to explore creativity, innovation, and leadership skills that complement their technical and business knowledge.
