COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Engineering Management (MEM) offers a rigorous STEM-designated curriculum designed for engineers and technical professionals aiming to develop leadership and managerial expertise. This full-time program spans four consecutive academic terms, combining in-class learning with online workshops to provide both theoretical and practical skills. Students engage in a diverse range of courses, starting with Product Innovation and Design Management (INDE 8430) and Financial and Managerial Accounting for Engineers (BUSI 8310), which build foundational knowledge in innovation, design, and finance. Courses such as Engineering Project Management (GENG 8020) and Applied Finance for Engineering Managers (BUSI 8300) equip students with tools for planning, decision-making, and financial oversight in engineering contexts. The program also emphasizes critical skills through workshops in Teamwork and Communication, Technical Intellectual Property Fundamentals, and Negotiation Skills, ensuring graduates are workplace-ready.
