COURSE CURRICULUM

The coursework option for the Master of Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology program requires students to complete a comprehensive set of core courses designed to develop essential skills for entrepreneurial success. Students must complete all of the following courses, each carrying a 0.50 unit weight: BET600 - Applied Business Leadership Skills for Entrepreneurs, which builds foundational leadership capabilities; BET601 - Strategically Managing the Entrepreneurial Organization, focusing on strategic decision-making; BET602 - Marketing Strategies for New Technology-based Ventures, which covers marketing tactics; and BET603 - Entrepreneurial Finance for the Technology-based Enterprise, emphasizing financial management. Additionally, BET604 - New Technology-based Venture Creation guides students through launching ventures, while BET605 - Essential Accounting for Entrepreneurs covers vital accounting principles. The curriculum also includes BET607 - Managing Technological Innovation, BET608 - Business Model Validation, BET612 - Entrepreneurial Organizations, and BET615 - Corporate Innovation and Consulting. These courses collectively equip students with a well-rounded understanding of entrepreneurship, from innovation management to validating business models and consulting on corporate innovation projects.
