COURSE CURRICULUM

The program requires completion of a comprehensive set of courses combining accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, and computer science to build a strong foundation for a career in accounting and finance. Core accounting courses include topics such as financial reporting, managerial decision making, taxation, assurance, corporate finance, sustainability, audit strategy, and advanced financial accounting. Students also complete business law, ethics, leadership, and communication courses, ensuring a well-rounded education. Essential economics courses cover microeconomics and macroeconomics, alongside principles of economics. The program integrates computer science courses focusing on programming and algorithm design to develop technical skills, while mathematics courses emphasize calculus, algebra, linear algebra, and statistics, including probability and applied linear models. Students choose advanced-level courses in global capital markets, financial econometrics, and quantitative foundations for finance to deepen their expertise. Additionally, six more mathematics-related courses from subjects like actuarial science, applied mathematics, combinatorics, computer science, mathematical business, pure mathematics, and statistics are required, allowing further specialization and breadth.
