COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Administration (MAdmin) in Leadership – Project route is a 30.0 credit hour graduate program designed to develop advanced leadership, management, and strategic decision-making skills for professionals working across diverse organizational settings. Offered through the University of Regina, the program prepares students to lead complex organizations, manage change, and drive innovation in public, private, and non-profit sectors. The curriculum begins with three core courses—GBUS 817, GBUS 870, and GBUS 874—which provide a strong foundation in leadership theory, organizational behaviour, and strategic management. Students then complete four additional courses selected from options such as GBUS 815, GBUS 851AA-ZZ, GBUS 860, GBUS 865, GBUS 871, GBUS 873, and GBUS 875, allowing them to tailor their learning to specific leadership and management interests. The program culminates in a project-based component, which includes one 3.0 credit hour GBUS 8xx elective and GBUS 902 (a 6.0 credit hour applied leadership project), where students apply theoretical knowledge to real-world organizational challenges.
