COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Administration (MAdmin) in Leadership is a 30.0 credit hour graduate program designed to develop advanced leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational management skills for professionals in public, private, and non-profit sectors. Offered through the University of Regina, the program focuses on preparing students to lead effectively in complex and changing organizational environments. The curriculum begins with core foundational courses including GBUS 817, GBUS 870, and GBUS 874, which build essential knowledge in leadership theory, organizational behaviour, and strategic management.
