COURSE CURRICULUM

The Entrepreneurship specialization within the Bachelor of Business Administration program equips students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to start and manage businesses with an entrepreneurial mindset. This specialization covers various forms of entrepreneurship, including business startups, social entrepreneurship, and innovation within existing organizations. Students develop key competencies such as entrepreneurial thinking, leadership, market research, problem-solving, and venture creation. The program encourages analytical thinking and hands-on practice in launching new products, services, or ideas.Alongside the core BBA curriculum, students pursuing this specialization must complete specific required courses: Introduction to Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Small Business Management focusing on Opportunity Analysis and Development, Entrepreneurial Finance, Personal Selling and Sales, and Self-Employment – Behind the Scene. Additionally, students select any four courses from a diverse list that includes International Business, Communications, Project Management, Organizational Development and Change, E-commerce, Intercultural Management, Critical Thinking, Creativity, Work and Society, and Small Groups. This combination of coursework and experiential learning fosters a comprehensive understanding of entrepreneurship and prepares students to confidently lead and innovate in various business environments, whether launching their own ventures or driving entrepreneurial initiatives within larger organizations.
