COURSE CURRICULUM

MBA with a concentration in Sustainable Management is designed for students who aim to lead organizations through the evolving challenges of sustainability and responsible business practices. To obtain the MBA degree, students must complete a total of 45 graduate-level units, which includes 33 units of compulsory core courses and 12 units specific to their chosen concentration or general electives. The core courses cover essential business disciplines such as strategy, finance, leadership, marketing, economics, accounting, digital organizations, supply chain management, and a capstone project, equipping students with a strong foundation in management. For the Sustainable Management concentration, offered only in English, students must complete three compulsory courses: Strategic Sustainable Development, Sustainable Finance, and Sustainable Supply Chain Management, totaling 4.5 units. In addition, they select 3 units from a focused list of electives that explore sustainability-related themes such as crisis management and resilience, sustainable governance, global and local sustainability economics, design thinking, and social entrepreneurship. The remaining 4.5 units may be chosen from any other electives within the MBA program. This concentration prepares students to develop strategies that align business goals with environmental and social responsibility, making them well-positioned to drive impactful change in both private and public sector organizations.
