COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Supply Chain Management and Logistics program offers a diverse range of courses designed to equip students with essential knowledge and skills for effective supply chain and logistics management. Core courses include GMGT 7220: Managing People in Organizations, which focuses on leadership and human resource management, and SCM 7120: Operations and Supply Chain Management, covering fundamental principles of supply chains. Leadership and ethics are emphasized through IDM 7000: Leadership and Practical Ethics and IDM 7002: Executive Leadership and Responsibilities, known as the CEO Course. Practical business process skills are developed in SCM 7060: Business Processes Management Using ERP Systems, while project management techniques are taught in SCM 7170: Project Management. Negotiation skills critical for supply chain success are covered in GMGT 7230: Negotiations. Specialized topics include SCM 7160: Global Transportation Principles and SCM 7180: Sustainable Lean Management, which highlight efficient and sustainable practices. Students also study SCM 7040: Logistics Management, focusing on the coordination and movement of goods, and SCM 7042: Purchasing and Procurement in Supply Chains, addressing sourcing strategies. Lastly, SCM 7044: Supply Relationship Management teaches the management of supplier and partner relationships.
