COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Dentistry in Prosthodontics program includes a range of specialized courses designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and clinical expertise in prosthodontics. Students engage in RSTD 7010: Dental Lab Technology, which covers essential laboratory techniques, and RSTD 7014: Classic Fixed Prosthodontic Literature Review 1, offering a critical examination of foundational prosthodontic research. A significant portion of the program is devoted to hands-on experience through RSTD 7016: Clinical Practice in Prosthodontics 1, where students gain practical skills by managing complex patient cases. Advanced coursework includes DDSS 7230: Advanced Oral Pathology, providing in-depth understanding of oral diseases relevant to prosthodontic treatment, and DDSS 7300: Dental Implantology, which focuses on implant techniques and integration. Pharmacology knowledge, critical for safe patient care, is covered in ORLB 7090. Students also participate in RSTD 7022: Advanced Prosthodontic Seminars 3, facilitating discussion on emerging topics and innovations in the field, alongside RSTD 7018: Current Literature Review, which encourages ongoing engagement with the latest research.
