The Asper MBA program offers a diverse range of courses designed to build a strong foundation in business while developing leadership skills and exploring contemporary business themes. The program culminates with a Strategy Capstone Course that integrates all functional areas, providing a comprehensive perspective on managing an organization or business. Leadership development is emphasized through courses such as Leadership and Practical Ethics (IDM 7000), Executive Leadership and Responsibilities - the CEO Course (IDM 7120), and Strategic Leadership and Managing Change (IDM 7510). Additionally, students engage with Contemporary Themes in Business (IDM 7130), which addresses current and emerging issues in the business world.
