AGRI 1600: Introduction to Agri-Food Systems gives an overview of the agricultural industry and food production processes. PLNT 4310: Introductory Plant Genomics focuses on the structure and function of plant genomes, equipping students with knowledge about cutting-edge genetic technologies.
