LEAD 3010, Negotiation and Conflict Management, teaches students how to effectively resolve disputes and reach agreements that benefit all parties. LEAD 3020, Team-Building and Diversity, focuses on creating inclusive teams and managing diverse workgroups to foster collaboration and innovation. LEAD 3030, Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility, explores the ethical obligations organizations have toward society and the environment, emphasizing sustainable leadership practices. LEAD 4010, Leading Change, prepares students to guide organizations through transitions and adapt to evolving business landscapes. LEAD 4020, Leadership, Power, and Politics in Organizations, examines the dynamics of influence and authority within organizations and how leaders can navigate these to achieve goals. Additionally, GMGT 3010, Management Decision-Making, offers practical tools and frameworks for making informed and effective decisions in complex organizational contexts.
