COURSE CURRICULUM

The Physics graduate program offers advanced training in both theoretical and experimental physics, with a strong focus on developing independent research, analytical thinking, and scientific communication skills. Courses such as Advanced Electrodynamics explore topics like Green’s functions, waveguides, scattering, radiation, and advanced optical phenomena including metamaterials and photonic crystals. Advanced Quantum Mechanics covers key concepts such as path integrals, perturbation theory, relativistic quantum mechanics, quantum optics, entanglement, and quantum computing. Additional courses in theoretical and experimental physics emphasize independent thinking, research presentation, and academic writing while exposing students to current developments in physics research. At the MSc level, students complete structured graduate coursework designed to build strong conceptual and methodological foundations, while PhD-level courses extend these topics to a more advanced and research-intensive level.
