IMGT 3815: Regional Aspects of International Management examines how business practices differ across regions, emphasizing cultural, political, and economic factors that influence global operations. MKTG 4220: Cross-Cultural Marketing explores how marketing strategies are adapted for different cultures, consumer behaviours, and international markets to ensure effective global branding and communication. IMGT 4650: Integrated Trade and Supply Chain Management focuses on global logistics, trade systems, and supply chain coordination, helping students understand how goods and services move across borders efficiently. IMGT 3665: Leading in the Globalized Environment develops leadership skills needed to manage diverse international teams while addressing ethical, cultural, and strategic challenges in global organizations.
