COURSE CURRICULUM

The UFV Biology program offers a comprehensive and flexible curriculum, starting with foundational courses like BIO 093 and BIO 105, which introduce students to basic cell biology, ecology, and human physiology. As students progress, they take core courses such as BIO 111 and BIO 112, covering genetics, evolution, biodiversity, and physiology. Intermediate and advanced courses like BIO 201, BIO 202, and BIO 220 focus on cellular biochemistry, gene regulation, and genetics, forming the backbone for upper-level specialization.
