COURSE CURRICULUM

The Logistics and Supply Chain Management Specialization within the Bachelor of Business Administration program at Trent University is designed for students who want to develop expertise in operations, logistics, and global supply chain systems. To complete this specialization, students must earn 4.5 credits with a minimum grade of 65% in each course and maintain an overall average of at least 70%, ensuring strong academic performance in applied business and analytical subjects. The program includes 2.5 LSCM credits covering core supply chain areas such as operations management, supply chain management, transportation and logistics, procurement principles, and supply chain analytics. These courses build a strong foundation in how goods and services are efficiently planned, sourced, produced, and delivered across local and global markets. Students also complete 0.5 COIS credit in The Digital World, which introduces digital tools and technologies used in modern supply chain systems. The remaining 1.5 credits are selected from courses such as retail marketing, project management, forecasting, lean Six Sigma, international logistics and trade, online marketing, or field placement experience. Overall, this specialization prepares graduates for careers in supply chain management, logistics coordination, procurement, operations planning, consulting, and global trade, equipping them with both analytical and practical skills needed in modern, technology-driven business environments.
