COURSE CURRICULUM

The E-Commerce and Online Business Management program at Trebas Institute spans five intensive terms, offering students a comprehensive foundation in launching, managing, and marketing online businesses. In Term 1, students learn the essentials of digital marketing, accounting principles, and the key steps in starting and running a successful online business. Term 2 builds on this by focusing on social media management, customer service systems, sales and marketing representation, and mastering spreadsheets—tools essential for efficient business operations. In Term 3, the curriculum deepens with training in digital advertising, legal considerations for online businesses, sales force management, and proficiency in accounting software. Term 4 prepares students to navigate global markets by teaching how to adapt to international laws and cultural differences, conduct internal and external business audits, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and effectively set up and promote online stores. The final term, Term 5, brings all of the learning together through the development of a comprehensive online marketing plan. This is followed by a 135-hour internship, giving students valuable real-world experience in e-commerce and digital business. Throughout the program, students engage with industry-standard platforms and technologies, ensuring they graduate ready to take on roles in digital marketing, e-commerce management, or launch their own online ventures.
