COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum for the Master of Science in Management consists of three core courses and four elective courses. After completing these courses, students proceed to work on their Master’s Thesis. The three core courses include Research Seminar (SM8000), Applied Research Methods I (SM8103), and Applied Research Methods II (SM8104). Elective courses cover a range of topics such as Service Innovation Management (SM8721), Special Topics with four options (SM8722), Advanced Data Analytics in Business (SM8723), Theories of Technology and Organizations (SM8219), Management and Organization Theory (MG9101), Advanced Research Methods: Qualitative (MG9102), and Digital Enterprise and Social Media (MG9201). Elective offerings may vary annually, and students might have the opportunity to take select electives from other graduate programs at TRSM. The Master’s Thesis is a key component of the program, representing a coherent, integrated research project that reflects the student’s work and contributes to scholarly knowledge. Completion of the thesis requirements involves passing an oral examination, receiving a passing grade on the written thesis, and submitting the final copy following YSGPS guidelines. Overall, students are required to complete four electives and three core courses before focusing on their thesis research.
