COURSE CURRICULUM

The Finance program provides students with advanced knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in the financial industry, focusing on investments, portfolio management, and corporate finance. Students complete core courses such as Portfolio and Equity Analysis, Fixed Income and Alternative Investments, Derivative Securities, Advanced Financial Management, and International Financial Management, which build a strong foundation in financial decision-making and global markets. In addition, students select at least three elective courses from areas such as Financial Statement Analysis, Taxation for Decision Making, Business Valuation and Restructuring, Personal Financial Management, Advanced Portfolio Management, Financial Institutions Management, and Forecasting in Business and Economics. These electives allow students to tailor their studies to specific career interests and industry demands. The program also offers specialized tracks, including CFP, CFA, and Commercial Banking pathways, each focusing on targeted skill development aligned with professional certifications and career goals. Graduates are prepared for a wide range of roles such as financial analyst, investment advisor, portfolio manager, credit analyst, investment banker, treasury manager, and CFO, among others. The program also supports progression toward respected professional designations like CFA, CFP, CPA, FRM, CAIA, CBV, and others. Overall, it is a demanding and career-oriented program designed to develop strong analytical, technical, and strategic financial expertise.
